This Return Policy explains how returns and refunds work for Fusion School programs and digital services (the "Service").
It is available to all visitors without requiring sign-in or account creation.
We accept return requests for both defective and non-defective purchases within the return window.
If content is damaged, inaccessible, or not working as described, we will issue a return and refund once verified.
You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a return.
For subscriptions, requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial charge.
Returns are accepted for new and slightly used digital access intended for evaluation purposes.
Completed programs, issued certificates, or excessive consumption of content may make a purchase ineligible.

We may request order details and a brief description of the issue to process your request.
There are no return shipping costs for digital products.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
We do not offer exchanges. If eligible, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after confirmation.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
