Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced here (including the Privacy Policy).

You must be at least the age of legal majority in Algeria (or the minimum age required to consent to digital services) to use the Service. If you are under the required age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan details are displayed at checkout.

Payment processing is handled by Baridi.

Taxes/VAT are calculated and displayed at checkout in DZD as applicable.

We may change pricing with prior notice as required by law.

Cancellation and refund rules are described below and may be subject to local consumer laws in Algeria.

Cancellations: You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: We review refund requests in accordance with Algerian consumer protection laws and the usage of the Service. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Consumer rights notice: Law No. 03-09 (2009), as amended and supplemented by Law No. 18-09 (2018).

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful activities.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to access systems without authorization, or disrupt the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Use the Service to collect or store sensitive data without proper authorization.

You may submit content such as text, assignments, or uploads ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

All platform content, software, and branding (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

The Service may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices described there.

We comply with applicable Algerian data protection and consumer regulations.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us at contact@fusion.bi with your identification and contact details, a description of the work and the allegedly infringing content, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information is accurate.

We will review and respond in accordance with applicable Algerian law or other relevant legal requirements.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect (for example, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the extent permitted by Algerian law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first to try to resolve it informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled as set forth below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers, Algeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
